I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, or if an item arrives damaged or in error, please contact me so that I can correct the situation. If there is no error on my part, refunds for the purchase price will be made if I am notified within 1 week of delivery and the item is returned within five business days of notification and is in sellable condition when I receive it. Most orders are shipped via the USPS with delivery confirmation. Items that are are ready to ship will ship the next business day. "Made to Order" items each individually list the time requirement for their creation in their listing. Please make sure that time table works for you prior to ordering.
